- I taught English to 10th, 11th, and 12th graders for four years, which was always a challenge, but always a surprise as well, especially when I was let go due to budget cut-backs. Looking for a change, I now teach K-5th grade art in a different district and love it. I can be silly and spontaneous and they eat it up. I am single with no children, but no longer am into the bar scene, so I'm always excited to meet new people with different perspectives. I have traveled a lot and plan to continue seeing the world on summer vacations. I love the new ideas, points of view, and cultures I encounter while traveling, and this has helped shape my excitement for learning and keeping an open mind to all new ideas and beliefs. I love a great intellectual conversation and someone who can play devil's advocate in a debate without making it personal. I haven't written in a while, so this is my attempt to relieve my brain from my random thoughts and have an excuse to write more regularly (besides just writing a hall pass for the nurse).
